The summer is really over. The days are getting longer and wetter, and the barbecue can be put back in the garage for a while. So this is a perfect time to lose the kilos that were gained during those nice summer months. Good news: you can get a fitter and stronger body in just eight weeks with the Fit & Fatloss Program at mac SportsClub!

Participants in the successful program train at least three times a week in small groups, under the guidance of our certified trainers. You will also receive personal coaching and weekly nutritional advice, especially made for your situation. We measure your progress every week, so that we – if necessary – can make adjustments to your diet and/or training schedule.
