mac Body & Mind starts with yoga early in the morning. Starting 1 April (really) our new instructor Don will teach a nice Sun Salutation class Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 7.15 am. This is the best-known yoga series in hatha yoga and ashtanga vinyasa yoga. The class lasts one hour.
Each class starts with a warm up, followed by the Sun Salutation exercises and ends with a relaxation (yoga nidra). After each class with Sri Sri instructor Don, you will feel energetically for the rest of your day!
