For sure you know that mac Yoga is open again. Literally, because our yoga classes are currently outdoors. Participating in a Hatha Yoga or Power Yoga class, while the sun rises or just sets, it is just wonderful. Haven’t you experienced the fun of mac Yoga Open Air yet? Here are some reasons why you should definitely try our yoga classes outdoor!
The birds that sing, the nice breeze through your hair and the warm sunshine. That really should give you some extra energy! And - as various studies show - being out in nature helps to reduce stress. The sun also provides you with a lot of extra vitamin D. Even if you get out of bed grumpy, your mood will definitely get a big boost by doing yoga in open air.
mac Yoga offers several classes outside: on a regular base you will host classes on the terrace of the Cellebroeders chapel and other times we will be the city park. You can safely say that both locations are beautiful: The trees, the grass, the clouds in the sky and the calming sound that nature produces, this all combined gives you a clear mind. As soon as you feel completely at ease, your worries will go away and you’ll experience the strength of the yoga class even more!
