Schedule online classes until May 9

Yes, live streaming of classes on Facebook will continue in the next few days! For most of the classes, you can join for free. In that case, you don't have to be a member of mac SportsClub or mac Yoga!

- Monday, 4 May, 7.00 pm: Small Group Training (via Skype) with Jamie (60 minutes, only mac members. Registration via ludo@macmaastricht.nl)

- Tuesday 5 May, 9.30 uur: Hatha Yoga with Brigitte (60 minutes)
- Tuesday 5 May, 6.00 pm: Pilates (via Skype) with Saskia (60 minutes, only members mac Yoga, registration via saskia@macmaastricht.nl)
- Tuesday 5 May, 7.30 pm: Yin Yoga (via Skype) with Saskia (60 minutes, only members mac Yoga, registration via saskia@macmaastricht.nl)

- Wednesday 6 May, 9.30 am: Floor training (45 minuten) with Constance
- Wednesday 6 May, 10 am: CX Worx with Constance (30 minutes). You need two bottles (1,5 liters) or two light weights.
- Wednesday 6 May, 6.00 pm: Pilates (via Skype) with Saskia (60 minutes, only members mac Yoga, registration via saskia@macmaastricht.nl)
- Wednesday 6 May, 7.00 pm: Small Group Training (via Skype) with Dennis (60 minutes, only mac members. Registration via ludo@macmaastricht.nl)
- Wednesday 6 May, 7.30 pm: Yin Yoga (via Skype) with Saskia (60 minutes, only members mac Yoga, registration via saskia@macmaastricht.nl)

- Thursday 7 May, 9.30 am: Bodypump with Constance (60 minutes). You need three/four filled bottles (1,5 liters), plus a bucket and a heavy bag
- Thursday 7 May, 6.00 pm: Pilates (via Skype) with Saskia (60 minutes, only members mac Yoga, resgistration via saskia@macmaastricht.nl)

- Friday 6 May, 9.30 am: High Intensity Interval Training Cardio with Constance (45 minutes)

- Saturday 9 May, 10 am: Yin Yoga (via Skype) with Saskia (60 minutes, only members mac Yoga, registration via saskia@macmaastricht.nl)

When the live streams are finished, most classes can be watched in replay on our Facebook and Youtube page.
