The class is focused on training and shaping the legs, buttocks, and abdomen.

The entire class is dedicated to exercises that give extra attention to these areas. We use a step, resistance bands, and weights and we burn loads of fat too!

There's no complicated choreography, just simple and effective training. You'll break a sweat, but when you see the results, you'll be more than willing to put in that extra energy! A top-notch class!
