This 45-minute class is a combination of cardio training and full-body strength exercises. It's a total body workout.

We utilize a variety of equipment such as weights, barbells, bands, tubes, and sometimes a step to train effectively.

The choreography isn't complex, but the intensity is high. We incorporate jumps, elevate the heart rate, and fatigue muscles throughout the body. If you can't jump, you can still participate because everything can also be done without jumping. Ideal for anyone looking to get a comprehensive workout in just 45 minutes. Fantastic!
