Aging healthily with training (Circuit)

This class is for everyone aged 50 and over. No choreography at all, but we start with a warm-up in the fitness area on a stationary bike, elliptical trainer, or treadmill. The instructor then sets up exercise stations, and each person performs exercises at each station. The instructor circulates to provide assistance and corrections.
