This is a high-intensity interval class that encourages pushing your limits, both in terms of strength and endurance. This class is intended for those who have exercised before and lasts only 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, you'll be tired but satisfied. You'll be out of breath and can expect muscle soreness from this class. You'll need weights, and there will be jumping involved. Some exercises may be a bit more complex! An absolute guarantee for results!
