Small Group Training

The name says it all; a class in a small group with extra focus on technique and guidance for the athletes. The training takes place in the small room downstairs and is a kind of circuit training. We start with a joint warm-up, followed by 12 stations with exercises. The exercises are typically done 3 times for 40/45 seconds each. There are mainly strength exercises, but also cardio! The class fills up quickly, so be sure to sign up in advance! Fun and educational!” Class starts on time.
