Or use the pedal straps to tighten your feet. No screens, no stats, no competition. Just you and your resistance wheel (turn it however you’d like). Follow the beat, hear the instructions and go with the flow…Just how you like it to be. 45 minutes. The Wednesday morning workout is with XCO tubes for extra burn and challenge on the shoulders.
