Progressive strength training with weights; 12 workouts of 45 minutes each, advanced strength training; Controlled movements and functional exercises; For both those with and without prior strength training experience; Building muscle, improving technique, and increasing self-confidence for more powerful training in the gym and fitness; With music, but not synchronized to the beat of the music. You can choose any weight that works for you. It doesn't matter how much weight you start with. After the 12 workouts, you'll feel stronger and can begin again from a more powerful foundation to further progress your strength.

A completely new concept at Mac Sportsclub focused on getting stronger in a small group!

In a group of 8 participants, you will work on your strength for 12 weeks. You are expected to be at the club three times a week for this special training (two times is the minimum).

The training is gradual, with increasing weights over these three months. You will be truly amazed by what you can achieve at the end of the 12 weeks!

Every 4 weeks, you will have a nutrition consultation because nutrition is incredibly important for achieving your strength goals. The first nutrition consultation takes place in week 1, followed by week 2, and finally in week 8 of the program.

Our trainers have received special training for this concept to help you reach your goals!

The cost is €150 per 4 weeks for non-members and €135 per 4 weeks for members. This includes both training and nutrition guidance. It is also possible to do the program without nutrition guidance, but with measurements every 4 weeks. The cost for this option is €120 per 4 weeks for non-members and €105 per 4 weeks for members.
