We do the intake, weigh you and find out your muscle mass, fat mass, basic metabolism so we know what is needed to get you fit. You can tell us exactly what is of importance to you because not every body wants that killer body. For food you can meet our certified weight /food consultant, associated to the Dutch “vereniging van gewichtsconsulenten”.

You and your dedicated personal trainer will create a plan that's tailored to your goals—and together, you'll work to unlock the results you want. At every step of the way, you'll be driven by a passionate trainer using the latest science during in-club sessions and at home with Virtual Personal Training. No injuries. Are you ready to start??

You can either take a PT membership or a 10 times card. Also single trainings are possible. For the costs check “start now”.
