Spinning is one of our most popular classes. That is very logical, because it is a wonderful, intensive workout. Moreover, the uplifting music always takes you in high spirits. But do you know that Spinning is the perfect training for your whole body?
There is a prejudice that Spinning is only working on the development of muscle strength in the legs. That is only part of the truth. Of course, Spinning makes your leg muscles stronger. But the class is also very effective if you want to work on the strength in your arms, back and abs. You tighten your body (and therefore all your muscles) all the time, if you move to the rhythm of the music and when you are in a slightly bent position. If you do Spinning regularly, over time you will undoubtedly experience that your strength improves.
