Then GRIT is the best training for you! mac SportsClub invites everyone to experience the ultimate High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) by Les Mills! We offer GRIT Athletic, a training designed to let you perform as an athlete. At mac you can also participate in GRIT Strength, if you want to work on your strength!
During the 30-minute GRIT Athletic workout (every Wednesday at 5.30 pm) you use a step, do exercises with your own bodyweight and have a multi-dimensional fitness training. That way you’ll improve your overall athletic performance with strength, agility, speed and power. Les Mills GRIT Athletic uses the very latest HIIT and combines it with powerful music. Our inspiring coaches motivate you to work hard and become super-fit, super-fast.
GRIT Strength is an intensive 30-minute team training in which you tackle the large muscle groups by using a barbell and weights. This class is on our schedule every Monday evening (7 pm) and every Friday at 5.30 pm.
