Remi, one of the National Trainers of Les Mills, will give a GRIT workshop (at 1.15 pm) at mac SportsClub. Of course, all our members can participate in this class for free. The workshop consists of a GRIT Athletic class (starting at 1.15 pm) and a GRIT Strength class (2 pm). You can join both classes or just one.
Les Mills National Trainers are elite instructors. They are specially selected by Les Mills for their excellent teaching skills and their ability to pass on their skills to others. National Trainers give Program Training to (new) instructors and introduce the new releases every three months to all the instructors around the country. They also represent Les Mills at national and international fitness events. They are the role models and ambassadors of Les Mills and excel in coaching, communication and technology. National Trainers also excell in the five Key Elements of teaching: Choreography, Technology, Coaching, Connection and Performance.
GRIT Strength and Athletic
GRIT Strength and GRIT Athletic are High-Intensity Interval Trainings (HIIT). GRIT Strength is an intensive 30-minute team training, in which you tackle the large muscle groups properly using a barbell and weights. This class is on our schedule every Monday and Wednesday evening (7 p.m.) and every Friday evening at 6 p.m. During the 30-minute GRIT Athletic workout (every Wednesday at 7.30 p.m., and Tuesday 23 and 30 April at 7 pm) you use a step and do exercises with your own body weight. That way you improve your overall athletic performance with strength, agility, speed and power.
