In our cosy gym and during group classes, you will work with our qualified instructors to achieve your personal goals. You can opt for extra guidance in the fitness room. We call this personal coaching.
Do you prefer to workout in a separate training room one on one with our personal trainers, then you are also at the right place! For extra help losing weight we offer our fit&fatloss program. This a successful program that focusses on losing weight with one on one sessions with our food consultant, training in class and fitness with help of our personal coaches and measurements every week. Afterwards take a break in our sauna!
At mac, you choose from one of three basic subscriptions. The three basic subscriptions differ only in duration. So you choose either at least 8 weeks, or at least 26 weeks, or at least 52 weeks. To this basic subscription you can then choose so-called "add-ons" such as:
