In our nice gym and during the group classes you and our qualified instructors work on achieving all your personal goals. If you prefer one-on-one sessions with our personal trainers in a private room, then you have come to the right place. Are you looking for help with losing weight? For that we have the Fit & Fatloss Program. This is a successful eight-week program, with training and nutritional advice. After all your efforts in the gym you can relax in our wonderful sauna.

  • mac Yoga organiseert op zondag 22 maart de workshop ‘Zelfvertrouwen vergroten’. Het klinkt misschien wat onwaarschijnlij...

  • mac Yoga introduces a new series of yoga classes, based on the five elements of Ayurveda. In five theme weeks we treat earth, water, fire, air and ether, as they are present in nature and in yourself! The first class is Monday 17 February at 9 a.m. and is taught by Caroline in her regular class. Of course, you can participate in the class if you have a mac Yoga membership. Non-members pay 15 euros per class.

  • At the end of February, Maastricht celebrates carnaval. That is why we are closed on Sunday 23, Monday 24 and Tuesday 25 of February. On Wednesday 26 February we are open again according to the regular opening times.

  • On Saturday March 14 (10 am), mac SportsClub will organize the – undoubtedly – nicest and most enjoyable walk of the year. And the great thing is: everyone who participates supports the charity Natuurmonumenten! On behalf of mac SportsClub, Ted is the driving force behind the walk. He is really looking forward to that day!
