mac SportsClub offers the most diverse group classes in Maastricht, including Les Mills BodyPump, Les Mills GRIT, Les Mills Bodyattack and Strong by Zumba. We also have freestyle classes such as Jumping (with a trampoline), Box-Kick, Small Group Training and Bootcamp. In our yoga studio we have all kinds if classes, like Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Poweryoga en and Bodybalance.

In our nice gym and during the group classes you and our qualified instructors work on achieving all your personal goals. If you prefer one-on-one sessions with our personal trainers in a private room, then you have come to the right place. Are you looking for help with losing weight? For that we have the Fit & Fatloss Program. This is a successful eight-week program, with training and nutritional advice. After all your efforts in the gym you can relax in our wonderful sauna.

  • An alarming conclusion from a new study by the RIVM: half of all Dutch people are overweight. No doubt, the lockdowns - and therefore the mandatory closure of gyms and staying at home very often - are some of the explanations for that. Now it's time to lose those extra kilos.

  • The gyms are open again, time to join mac SportsClub! You already have your gym membership for € 9.75 per week! Students even get an extra discount of € 10 per four weeks!
