Tackle everything in an hour. This is what you do with the mac Spinning & Total body class. This class is new to the schedule meant for anyone who wants to work out multiple disciplines in 1 class.

During the spinning part, you work on your fitness and endurance, and during the strength phase, you work on your muscle strength. We also use plates and dumbbells. But it can also be that we only do mat exercises for the core or focus on training the arms and chest. Plenty of variety!
