Strength Development

In a group of up to eight participants, you will work on your strengths and you will be amazed at what you can do. You can join whenever you want.

To achieve your sports goals, nutrition is extremely important! That is why there is also an option to combine this programme with nutritional talks. Here, we will work with you to find the best eating method in combination with nutrition and sport.

The course consists of 12 different training sessions for 12 weeks. As it is sometimes difficult to come 12 weeks consecutively consistently, we have developed a credit system. These credits are valid for 6 months and you can join whenever you want! Our trainers have undergone special training for this course and can guide you perfectly.

The costs for people who are members of mac SportsClub are as follows:

  • 10 credits - €75
  • 5 credits - €39.50

  • 5 credits - €87.50

If you want to combine nutritional talks with it, you can book them in addition for €30 per 30 minutes.
